The Business Unit Swatch is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands. In our plant 08 in Grenchen, state-of-the-art technologies are used to produce high-quality stainless steel watch cases using MIM (Metall Injection Moulding). Become part of our multicultural team and help shape the future of innovative and high-quality products as Your future areas of responsibility Together with your colleagues, you will work in day shifts or night shifts as needed and ensure the demanding qualitative and quantitative production standards. This includes the following activities: Setting up and programming injection molding machines and automation systems Collaboration in the entire sampling process and optimization of existing production processes Ensuring production quantities and recording operating data (e.g. SPC, MDE) Supporting the group leader, especially in the training and induction of employees Recognizing and reporting deviations and ensuring a stable production process Shared responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the systems You will also participate in projects and work closely with the quality assurance, laboratory, tooling and logistics departments.
