Your missions: 🔧 Techniques concerned: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction 🎯 Role 👉 Manage CVC projects from design to implementation (SIA 2 to 5), ensuring technical quality, costs, deadlines and coordination. 🌟 Qualities and mindset sought ✅ Project Manager: make decisions and take responsibility for results ✅ Proactive/anticipatory: identify risks in advance ✅ Demanding on deliverables: calibrate the level of detail for each SIA phase ✅ Pragmatic: focus on simple, robust and feasible solutions ✅ Active Coordinator: move topics forward with internal/external interfaces ✅ Team spirit and mutual support 🛠️ Tasks 👉 Manage and coordinate CVC projects from A to Z (SIA phases 2, 3, 4, 5) with the following non-exhaustive details per SIA phase: 🔹 SIA 2 Able to support internal teams in monitoring SIA 2 study phases (audit, feasibility study, ...) 🔹 SIA 3 – Studies (pre-project + project) Define CVC concepts and variants, adapt deliverables according to phase (pre-project/project) Hydraulic and aerodynamic dimensioning Selection of equipment Principle diagrams and MCR strategies Writing of descriptions and cost estimates Participation in technical and spatial CVSE coordination 👉 Management of Project Managers: internal production organization, detail level framing, technical verification of deliverables. 🎯 Objective: develop reliable, decarbonized solutions that meet customer objectives and needs. 🔹 SIA 4 – Tendering Elaboration of tenders (CFC, descriptions, measurements) Participation in technical and spatial CVSE coordination Clarification of services and delivery limits Analysis and comparison of company offers Proposal for awarding 👉 Management of Project Managers: same as SIA 3, adjusting the level of detail according to the phase, using internal REVIT developments for tender production, participating in their improvement as a team with the project manager. 🎯 Objective: obtain comparable offers without gray areas. 🔹 SIA 5 – Implementation Technical site monitoring (CVC) Coordination with companies and contractors Guarantee of work quality and compliance Monitoring of company costs and management of additional costs Organization of commissioning, reception, and defect clearance 👉 Management of Project Managers: update of drawing deliverables, site technical support. 🎯 Objectives: deliver a project that meets our specifications and customer expectations, ensuring performance during the operational phase. 🔹 SIA 6 – Operation Support internal teams in monitoring the operation of CVC installations. 📊 Management and coordination Ensure the smooth running of projects in technical, financial and temporal terms Monitor financial indicators and ensure rigorous budget management Ensure documentary compliance according to ISO requirements Have in-depth knowledge of the project contract (prerequisites, included and excluded services) Support the Management during acquisitions Organize and monitor the activity of project managers and internal resources in coordination with other disciplines Collaborate closely with architects, engineering offices and different professions Manage the services of mandated companies and monitor their costs Your skills and qualifications: ✅ Essential requirements Diploma of engineer EPF/HES or equivalent title in building technology – CVC Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, including at least 2 years of experience in a Swiss engineering office Solid mastery of Swiss technical norms and directives Very good knowledge of CVC installations and MCR Strong interest in energy and sustainable development Relational ease, sense of organization, team spirit Mastery of Microsoft environments - Windows & Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Rigor and assiduity at work Sense of responsibility, organization and teamwork Relational ease and knowledge of the local market ⭐ Appreciated assets Mastery of Visual Basic, particularly for coding Skills in commercial refrigeration Very good knowledge of REVIT and BIM environments Experience in multi-technical project management Experience in work management Skills in sanitation, fire safety or building physics Knowledge of English or German Our offer Working conditions and remuneration Flexible working hours 25 days of vacation, 30 days from 55 years old (for A+W Lausanne and A+W Genève, specific conditions more favorable) Unpaid leave up to 6 months Loyalty bonuses for service anniversaries every five years (after the 10th anniversary) Continuing education Internal continuing education program (A+W University) Models for financing external continuing education Pension fund and social benefits Has its own pension fund (except A+W Lucerne) Comprehensive coverage of professional and non-professional accident insurance premiums
