Join our team of over 300 employees and become our: What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating: You are in charge of processing files in the accident insurance sector You are responsible for obtaining the necessary documents for processing, as well as the payment or refusal of various benefits. This includes, among other things, requesting reports, checking invoices, and making decisions You are in daily contact with our insured and affiliated members, different service providers, and social institutions. What you bring to HOTELA: You have a commercial education of the CFC type; You have solid experience in the LAA sector or in social insurance You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in French (level C2) and/or German (level C2) and/or Italian (level C2) You are an organized, proactive person willing to continuously train in this field of activity. You are able to work both as a team and independently You are dynamic and flexible, comfortable in human contacts, and able to create a relationship of trust with your various interlocutors.
