Spitex Bauma, as a non-profit organization, cares for sick, elderly and convalescent persons at home. An offering for podology and foot care completes our services. We are looking for a   Nursing Specialist HF 50% (re-entrants welcome) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks include holistic care and support of sick and elderly people including case management, advice and guidance for relatives and caregivers, cooperation in the team, participation in quality development   We wish for an engaged person with joy in outpatient nursing, flexibility and the willingness to take on responsibility, teamwork, openness to new things, client- and service-oriented thinking and acting, knowledge of interRAI HC or the willingness to attend a course, driving license Cat.
