Job description - The sweetest Job in the world! The "Genussinsel Café Knaus" is the meeting point for connoisseurs in the Mittelland region. We are a growing company and stand for natural, fresh and high-quality products as well as friendly service. In the cozy atmosphere of our café & restaurant, our guests enjoy seasonal and regional delicacies from the kitchen and sweet treats from the bakery & confectionery. The café has 170 indoor seats and an additional 170 outdoor seats. We pamper our guests for z’Morge, z’Nüni, z’Mittag, z’Vieri and z’Nacht – high service willingness (7 days a week, mornings to evenings) has a long tradition at Café Knaus. In the shop, our freshly baked goods and delicious sweets from the in-house bakery & confectionery are recommended and sold. We are looking for a charming, stress-resistant and customer-oriented Detailhandelsfachfrau/mann 80-100% (Salesperson, workload according to wish) for our flourishing bakery-confectionery shop. Your areas of responsibility: • You make our guests happy • Active, speedy and friendly sale of our baked goods, confectionery and confectionery delicacies • Cashiering, billing, cash register operation (HS Soft) • Gift wrapping (confectionery, pralines, Easter bunnies, gifts, chocolate specialties) • Cleaning work • Guest Relation (friendly guest care and customer service) / additional sales • Receiving phone calls, orders and reservations Your working hours: 4-5 days a week (depending on desired workload) distributed over the following days: Monday to Sunday Weekend work (3 Saturday and 3 Sunday shifts per month) The working hours are between 05:30 and 19:00. Requirements: You are lively, charming, speedy, team-oriented and can handle stressful situations well. You enjoy customer contact and have fun pampering customers with our delicacies. You are a "Detailhandelsfachfrau EFZ/EBA or have already gained long-term experience" in sales. Your strengths include flexibility and resilience, and last but not least, you have a sense of humor to master even hectic times. You have "good German language skills" and weekend shifts are no problem for you. You live "near Oensingen (Kanton SO/BE)" and are looking for a long-term employment relationship?
