Team Leader Credit Processing Special Credits & Training 80 - 100% # This is what you will achieve • You lead a team of 11 employees and 5 to 6 trainees and promote their technical and personal development. • Together with your team, you ensure the timely and high-quality processing of special credits, tenant deposit savings accounts, guarantees, construction loans, syndicated loans and other specialist orders. • You actively participate in the training of trainees and strengthen the cross-departmental process understanding. • You continuously develop processes and technical topics and ensure professional support for our front-line employees. • In projects and working groups, you bring in your technical expertise and support internal departments with technical and procedural questions. This is what you bring • You have several years of banking experience and in-depth knowledge of the financing business.
