As part of continuous growth, we are looking for a committed, experienced, and service-oriented personality to strengthen the team as a Real Estate Manager 60 - 80 % immediately or by arrangement. In doing so, you will undertake the following area of responsibility: You manage your own portfolio consisting of residential properties in an attractive portfolio You are responsible for the organization and execution of viewings, acceptances, and handovers You are the direct contact person for owners, tenants, tradespeople, and authorities You ensure smooth maintenance in your assigned portfolio Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements General support in real estate accounting Active support in sales mandates and initial rentals You can demonstrate the following qualifications: Completed further training as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (advantageous) Several years of professional experience in real estate management (mandatory) Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and solution-focused Very good German skills Driver's license Cat.
