Job Information ###### Work location: Zürich Workload: Full-time Tasks: - Support of the core application school administration (further development as well as support in case of problems) - Management of access permissions and user IDs in the core application - Designing database queries and reports in the core application - Support and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform (Office, Teams, OneNote) according to internal customer needs - Customer-oriented support, consulting, instructing, and assisting internal customers - Recording and mapping business processes in the corresponding application systems and also LMS systems (e.g., Moodle) - Support, administration, and further development of SharePoint applications (Intranet) and the SharePoint-based search function - Close cooperation with the IT department in connection with the operation and maintenance of the application infrastructure as well as the superusers of the specialist departments Your Profile: - At least higher IT training at the level of Federal Diploma of Higher Education (FA), Higher Vocational School (HF Diploma), FA and federal diploma or similar. - Many years of experience and sound knowledge in the area of SQL, VBS or similar, Crystal Reports and with interfaces (conception and automation). - Very good knowledge of cloud computing and MS network domain architecture. - Sound and practice-oriented experience in Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Power Platform). - You are characterized by an analytical, structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. - You possess the ability to communicate and document complex technical topics understandably. - You are a team-oriented personality who has no trouble working in multidisciplinary teams. - Good communication strength to explain complex matters understandably to non-IT specialists and customers. - Very good German and English skills (computer technology) in spoken and written form. - You appreciate direct contact with demanding customers in a dynamic environment.
