Clerk for Mandate Accounting 80% workload

Die Berufsbeistandschaft Frenkentäler is responsible for 15 municipalities. On behalf of the Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB), established mandates and measures in all areas of child and adult protection are managed. In doing so, the welfare and protection of persons in need of assistance (children, adolescents, and adults) are ensured. The professional guardians take on an advisory, supportive, and, where required, also a representative role. For Die Berufsbeistandschaft Frenkentäler we are looking for as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement Clerk for Mandate Accounting 80% workload ## Your tasks ### • Independent management of mandate accounting via the KLIB system • Processing and monitoring of payment transactions • Registrations and revisions for AHV, EL, and HE • Filling out tax returns incl. procurement of documents • Creation of commencement inventories • Providing accounting closings Your profile ### • Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ • Clerical work in accounting or accounting training with experience in finance and accounting • Further training in social insurances an advantage • Knowledge of KLIB software an advantage • Precise way of working, ability to work in a team and flexibility • Proactive and resilient personality who enjoys participating in the optimization of work processes • Good self-organization and high personal responsibility for the area of responsibility We offer ### • Interesting and responsible activity • Support and cooperation with Team Backoffice • Motivated, committed, and responsible team Further information Corinna Fäh, Leitung Berufsbeistandschaft, 061 599 85 62 or Cedric Seiler, Stv.
