Dispatcher (m/f/d)

For our customer on Upper Lake Zurich, a successful company with high-quality products and services, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Dispatcher (m/f/d) ## Responsibilities: • Dispatching and planning the assignments of service technicians • Monitoring and processing maintenance and assembly orders • Telephone receipt of fault reports • Checking and processing service reports Requirements: • Commercial basic training and technical interest or technical basic training with commercial further training • Experience in the dispatching of a service organization or in customer service • Native Swiss German, French and/or Italian would be an advantage • Proficient in handling various IT applications, ideally SAP knowledge • Communicative and service-oriented appearance • Strong flexibility and resilience Do you feel attracted by this activity and do you fit the desired profile?
