HVAC Drafter # About the role ### Within the works team, you will ensure HVAC technical design and BIM coordination to guarantee the success of varied and stimulating construction sites! Tasks ## The role consists of ensuring the technical transition between studies and onsite realization using BIM or Revit tools for HVAC installations. • Take over and adapt plans from design offices for new or renovation projects • Perform the design of HVAC installations while respecting current standards • Develop fabrication and assembly plans using BIM tools • Carry out onsite surveys to verify the technical feasibility of projects • Participate in coordination meetings with project managers and various trades We are looking for ### • Training in technical building drawing • Good knowledge of Revit software • Good knowledge of BIM processes An asset if you possess • In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) To succeed in this function, your personal skills are the following: • Customer service orientation • Good team spirit • Intellectually curious Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
