Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Ensure the strategic orientation and further development of the product portfolio relating to messaging and communication services at the Defence Platform main division as well as long-term operational capability • Define the service portfolio, develop the related product and service descriptions and ensure the further evolution of the services offered based on needs • Assume economic responsibility for the products within your competence as well as develop business cases, total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations and billing models; prepare decisions regarding investments and the life cycle • Execute life cycle, capability and modernization planning, identifying and managing in a timely manner the risks arising from technology replacement, manufacturer strategies and regulatory requirements • Ensure agile product management, promote cross-functional collaboration and effectively coordinate the various stakeholders from the business, architecture, security and operations teams <br /> What distinguishes you • Diploma in computer science, business informatics, telecommunications (HES, FH or university) as well as several years of experience in the strategic management of IT service products • Solid knowledge of messaging and communication platforms, in particular Microsoft Exchange, email security solutions such as FortiMail as well as VoIP, SIP protocols and high-availability communication networks • Proven experience in defining, managing and developing service portfolios as well as in designing product and service catalogs • Several years of experience in strategic life cycle, capability and roadmap planning of complex IT platforms • Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills; awareness of security requirements related to sensitive infrastructures and telephony systems • Good knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In summary Do you want to contribute to the strategic development of communication services critical to operations and security, ensuring their cost-effectiveness, ability to face future challenges and performance?
