Tasks ## • Independent management, technical coordination, and monitoring of projects in the field of heat/cold • Creation and maintenance of project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource management • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and cost control • Conducting feasibility studies and developing technical concepts • Control and monitoring of the installation of heat pumps and accompanying measures • Close cooperation with internal teams, external contractors, and installation partners Requirements ## • Completed training as a heating planner or in the field of building technology • At least 2 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the field of renewable energies • Profound knowledge in the field of heat pumps and heating systems • Experience in leading complex projects, preferably for commercial properties • Business fluent German or French skills in speaking and writing Benefits ## • An attractive salary package and exciting development opportunities • Further training in the field of renewable energies and project management • A dynamic, innovative environment with short decision-making paths and a lot of creative freedom • The opportunity to actively participate in the energy transition and create real impact
