You will be the interface between internal departments, external logistics and customs partners, as well as our international logistics sites. Your main responsibilities will include : • Coordination and monitoring of import and export shipments from our warehouse in Switzerland, as well as imports of raw materials from international suppliers to Switzerland • Preparation, review and coordination of export and customs documents for international shipments • Ensuring efficient, transparent and legally compliant management of our global goods flow • Management and monitoring of logistics providers within your area of responsibility • Point of contact for international production sites and internal departments on customs and foreign trade issues • Maintenance, review and monitoring of customs-related master data • Examination and application of free trade agreements and preferential trade agreements, as well as ensuring compliance with customs and preferential origin regulations • Communication and coordination with Swiss and German customs authorities, freight forwarders and customs agencies • Support during customs and foreign trade audits • Active contribution to cross-functional projects and continuous optimization of existing processes and procedures You can expect a varied and responsible role in an international environment, where you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our global logistics and customs processes. Required experience and skills : • Successful commercial or economic training, supplemented by additional qualifications in transport, logistics, customs, foreign trade or supply chain management • Several years of professional experience in customs, foreign trade or international import/export operations • Good knowledge of international trade and compliant management of import and export processes, including customs and trade regulations • Experience in tariff classification of goods and application of free trade and preferential agreements would be an advantage • Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications; experience with customs clearance software would be a plus • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a high level of initiative • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a highly service-oriented approach • Confident and professional attitude, team spirit and enthusiasm to work in an international environment • Excellent written and oral command of German and English • Passion for fashion and lifestyle
