Specialist Lead Performance and Data Management (m/d/w) 60-80% Your tasks Process and Data Quality Ensuring and further developing administrative processes along the patient journey, particularly in the areas of performance recording, (pre-)coding, invoicing, and medical controlling Ensuring correct and complete performance recording (Tarpsy, Tardoc) through technical clarifications and binding coordination with the medical-therapeutic areas Monitoring and continuous improvement of data quality Implementation of necessary adjustments due to external requirements Analysis of process and data interfaces as well as examination of rejections and derivation of concrete improvement measures Interface and Steering Function Coordination and clarification of interfaces between medical secretariats, finance, and application managers Translation of clinical treatment realities into comprehensible, regulation-compliant, and billing-relevant performance and data recording processes Active participation in the definition and further development of roles, responsibilities, and processes in the area of performance and data management Further Development and Quality Assurance Training of employees involved in performance and data management Building and maintaining instruments for quality assurance and process control (e.g., key figures, data quality analyses, and evaluations) Design and parameterization of tariff-relevant processes in the system as well as ensuring functioning interface management for the continuous improvement of data quality The function combines process understanding, the recording of structured data, and tariff-relevant requirements with the further development of cross-organizational processes along the patient journey. You will work closely with medical-therapeutic areas, finance, IT, and administration. As a specialist lead, you bear the technical responsibility for uniform and audit-proof performance and data management. You set standards, clarify interfaces, and translate tariff, administrative, and medical-therapeutic requirements into viable processes for daily clinical life.
