In this role, you are responsible for the manual assembly, operation and maintenance of the production machines and automated machines. As a deputy, you support the Team Leader in the organization of the assembly team of 5 to 6 employees and ensure compliance with the required quality and punctual delivery. With your open and friendly manner, you actively help to constantly improve and optimize the assembly processes, the systems and their processes. You possess completed training, ideally as a machine operator or assembly mechanic, in an industrial environment or an apprenticeship with corresponding professional practice.
