Your mission As an external IT service provider, you are the technical contact for a portfolio of SMEs with varied environments (Mac, PC, servers, network). *Concretely, you:* \- Provide user support, remotely and at clients' premises, on heterogeneous macOS and Windows parks \- Monitor system status and handle incidents (monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting) \- Plan and perform preventive maintenance, updates, and migrations (workstations, servers, services) \- Deploy and maintain client infrastructures: servers, network (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN), firewalls, and storage \- Ensure system and data security, and raise user awareness about best practices \- Document your interventions and contribute to the continuous improvement of managed environments Your profile *Prerequisites (essential)* \- CFC in computer science or equivalent training \- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT position (support, operations, infogérance) \- Operational mastery of macOS and Windows \- Mastery of spoken French \- Driver's license and personal vehicle (car or scooter) - regular multi-site travel \- Residence in Geneva or immediate surroundings Technical skills (assets) \- Experience with any or all of these technologies is a plus; we provide training on the rest. \- Synology (DSM, storage, backup) \- Firewall and network (FortiGate an asset) \- Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, etc.) \- Virtualization (VMware, Proxmox) \- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID \- Apple device management via MDM (Mosyle, Jamf) - a plus Personal qualities \- Customer service mindset and execution speed \- Rigor, organization, and proactivity \- Autonomy in individual work, and taste for teamwork and knowledge sharing \- Excellent communication \- Natural curiosity about technological developments What we offer you \- A modern, pleasant, and quiet work environment, with state-of-the-art equipment \- A 100% permanent contract position, stimulating and varied, within a dynamic, committed, and passionate team \- A collaborative spirit, based on mutual support and skill sharing \- The opportunity to develop diverse technical skills, through concrete projects in various fields \- Exposure to a large portfolio of clients, with high-stakes technical missions Benefits \- Very good occupational pension plan (LPP) improved, exceeding legal standards \- Parking space Interested?
