Your main mission will consist of: Participating in the commercial and technical development of the industrial workshops of the EPI (carpentry, industrial mechanics, microtechnics, electricity and locksmithing) on the Geneva industrial market, by relying on an in-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric. Ensuring responsibility for prospecting, client follow-up, technical advice, and supporting teams in the evolution of their activity. Identifying and prospecting industrial companies in the Geneva region. Understanding the technical specificities of the products or solutions offered by the industrial workshops of the EPI and being proactive regarding possible developments in offers based on the market. Developing an existing client portfolio and acquiring new strategic accounts. Participating in the preparation of commercial offers, negotiating conditions, and closing sales. Ensuring active monitoring of local market opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee the feasibility of projects. A CFC in a technical field or a training deemed equivalent in an industrial and/or building field and commercial training and/or proven field experience. Experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a technical sales representative in the Geneva or Romandie industry. Possessing good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric and knowing the key industrial players in Geneva (watchmaking, medtech, mechanics, energy, laboratory, luxury, etc.). Possessing a local professional network. Comfortable with traditional IT tools, ability to read plans, diagrams or technical documentation. Strong sense of customer service and skills in negotiation and communication, knowing how to manage a complete sales cycle. Agility, autonomy, analytical mind, solution-oriented, interpersonal ease, ability to create links, perseverance in prospecting. A good command of written and spoken French. A strong interest in the mission of integrating people with disabilities or facing integration difficulties.
