The non-profit Association Edel’s develops income-generating activities in order to employ, among others, people long-term distanced from the labor market. It provides quality services in the sectors of concierge services, as well as green and urban spaces. Edel’s also ensures socio-professional support through the supervision of internships and the coaching of individual situations. In order to support the green spaces manager, the Association Edel’s is advertising the position of HORTICULTURIST – LANDSCAPER 100% Your mission and your responsibilities: ▪ Ensure the maintenance of our clients' gardens; mowing, clearing, pruning of plants, shrubs and fruit trees ▪ Perform landscape creation work; flowerbed landscaping, planting, lawn creation, installation of terraces ▪ Perform snow removal and salting work during the winter period ▪ Participate in the supervision of interns as well as people in professional reintegration ▪ Maintain a professional and quality relationship with our clientele ▪ Support the team and ensure the handover in the absence of the manager Your skills: ▪ CFC as horticulturist-landscaper mandatory ▪ Category B driving license (manual gearbox) mandatory ▪ Sense of organization and autonomy ▪ Good team spirit and interpersonal skills Additional assets: ▪ Trailer license ▪ Aerial work platform license ▪ Other specific licenses or training related to the landscaping field We offer you: ✓ An interesting and varied job ✓ A salary according to the CCT in force ✓ Attractive social benefits ✓ A pleasant and varied working environment where human values are a priority Start of duty autumn 2026 Applications, accompanied by usual documents, must be sent by 15 July 2026, only by email to liam.schlichtig@edels.ch.
