In this role, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of real estate, construction, renovation, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects at the Baden location and, if required, at other Swiss locations. You represent Accelleron as a client representative towards internal stakeholders, planners, contractors, authorities, and facility management partners. In doing so, you ensure that requirements are clearly defined, projects are implemented in a structured manner, and handed over cleanly to operations. The projects take place predominantly within existing industrial premises and during ongoing production operations, and also include requirements from production expansion and site development. Your responsibilities: Project Management and Client Representation • Management of construction, renovation, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects from initialization to handover. • Representation of Accelleron towards architects, specialist planners, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders. • Ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and compliance in the assigned projects. Requirement and Interface Management • Recording and structuring requirements from production, logistics, HSE, security, quality, SCM, finance, real estate, and facility management. • Translating requirements into clear project goals, scopes, work packages, and decision bases. • Coordination of alignment between internal departments, external partners, and the facility management service provider. Implementation, Control, and Monitoring • Creation and monitoring of project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, open points, and status reports. • Management of project meetings, technical clarifications, changes, escalations, acceptances, and handovers. • Consistent follow-up of tasks, decisions, and open points until completion. Costs, Procurement, and External Partners • Review of offers, technical variants, and supplements. • Support of procurement processes in cooperation with SCM. • Monitoring the performance of external partners regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and agreed scope of services. Documentation and Handover to Operations • Ensuring complete project documentation, plans, acceptances, test protocols, and operator information. • Structured handover of completed projects to real estate, facility management, and the IFM service provider. • Support in investment planning, site development, and improvement of real estate project processes. Your profile: Completed training or studies in the field of construction, architecture, civil engineering, building services, facility management, or a comparable technical discipline. Several years of experience as a construction project manager, client representative, site manager, technical project manager, or real estate project manager. Experience in the management of construction, renovation, refurbishment, or infrastructure projects. Good understanding of construction processes, building services, contractor coordination, cost control, scheduling, and handover processes. Experience in collaborating with architects, specialist planners, contractors, authorities, facility management service providers, and internal stakeholders. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Good knowledge of MS Office and common project management tools. Advantageous: Experience in an industrial or technically demanding environment. Knowledge in the area of operator duties, occupational safety, fire protection, building services, or facility management. Experience with CAFM, SharePoint, plan management, or document management systems. Experience in collaborating with IFM service providers. Understanding of CAPEX/OPEX planning and investment projects. How we measure success in this role: Projects are implemented safely, on time, cost-effectively, and in the agreed quality. Requirements, scopes, responsibilities, and decisions are clearly documented and traceable. Internal stakeholders, external partners, and facility management work in a coordinated manner with clear responsibilities. Open points, risks, and escalations are identified early and consistently closed. Project handovers to operations, real estate, and facility management are complete and structured. External partners deliver according to the agreed scope of services, schedule, and quality requirements.
