To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, resilient and organized personality as: Assistant Dispatch 100% These are your tasks: Support of dispatch in daily operational business Telephone and written support of customers, drivers and partners Recording, planning and processing of transport orders Assistance in the deployment planning of vehicles and employees Coordination and monitoring of scheduled trips Advising customers about planned deliveries and transports Control and processing of transport documents, delivery notes and pallet notes Support in complying with legal regulations (ARV) Assistance in the organization of service and maintenance appointments for the vehicles Processing of customer inquiries as well as support in solving scheduling and deployment conflicts What you bring with you: Dispatch experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
