Our trained specialists accompany people with sometimes challenging behavior in their daily work routine and offer them stability, structure, and plenty of freedom in a near-natural environment. Specialized tasks are taken over by our foresters. Your main tasks • Accompanying employees with disabilities in activities in forest maintenance and firewood processing • Structuring the daily work routine, creating suitable work arrangements, and supporting individual learning processes • Taking responsibility for the implementation of our orders - to the full satisfaction of our customers • Active contribution to an appreciative working atmosphere and constructive conflict resolution • Reference person work: responsibility for agogic processes, individual development planning, and conducting annual reviews What you bring with you • Experience or further training in the field of work agogics or corresponding experience in the guidance, accompaniment, and care of people with disabilities • Team-oriented, solution-focused, and humorous personality • Sensitivity in dealing with people with different abilities and needs • Joy of working outdoors in all weather conditions • Manual dexterity and physical resilience • Independent, professional, and careful way of working • Driver's license Cat.
