Posieux, Switzerland \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Create and update documentation for activities, workflows, and HR processes • Participate in the migration and structuring of HR documentation in Confluence as part of the Agroscope HR Wiki • Participate in projects related to Jira Service Management: testing interfaces and documenting workflows (conditions, logic, automation rules) • Develop and test prompts for automating repetitive administrative tasks, contributing to the promotion of AI use in HR processes • Identify opportunities for automating controls when processing HR inquiries • Support ongoing HR administrative tasks and the design of supports for the Services & Processes HR group <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Ongoing or recently completed education (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, HR, Business Informatics, or a related field • Strong interest in the digitalization of processes and collaborative tools; knowledge of Jira or Confluence is an advantage • Interest in generative artificial intelligence and its application to concrete tasks • Textual proficiency and precise documentation • Structured way of working, independence, and reliability • Good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a nutshell Are you interested in digitalization in human resources and want to experience firsthand how AI, collaborative tools, and process management change administrative work?
