We are looking for our customer in Zürich, a company from the field of electrotechnical components, as soon as possible or by arrangement, for a clerk for order processing. ##### You work in an existing, motivated team and are responsible for order processing from A to Z. You receive and process telephone and written customer orders in German and English. You work closely with logistics and are the contact person for internal and external bodies. Furthermore, you are also responsible for the complaint management and keep an eye on deadlines. In addition, various administrative tasks are added (order offers, contracts etc.). ##### To be able to successfully manage these activities, you have a commercial basic training with experience in a technical company or you have completed a technical training and completed commercial further training.
