Assistant Regional Manager in German-speaking Switzerland m/w/d Your tasks: Productivity & Quality: Evaluation of the profitability of our activities. Ensuring service quality for our professional car and truck customers. Improvement of management methods in our service centers (administration, workshop organization, planning). Monitoring compliance with our company standards and analysis of KPIs. Supporting Service Center Managers in their daily business. Safety & Environment: In your function as Deputy Regional Manager, you will support the HSE Manager in further developing our safety and environmental policy and ensure the consistent application of safety guidelines in the region. Steering & Control / Organization: In close coordination with the Regional Director, you will contribute to the steering and control of regional performance. In cooperation with the Network & Facility Manager, who is responsible for monitoring the vehicle fleet and buildings, you will actively contribute to improving the organization of the service centers. Conducting inventories (warehousing and new storage). Team & Development: Systematic exchange of best practices at weekly regional meetings. Accompanying the induction and integration of new employees. Creating competence development plans in cooperation with the HRBP. Active participation in personnel planning (recruitment, integration, training, and People Review). Your profile: You have a completed basic training in economics or an equivalent qualification. You have proven management experience in a comparable function. Initial experience in the automotive or tire sector is mandatory. You have excellent language skills in German and English, knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage. You convince with your pronounced analytical skills for evaluating key figures, your leadership skills, your persuasiveness, and excellent time and priority management. You practice transversal management and enjoy working in project mode. You are proficient in handling common IT tools. You hold a valid driver's license category B.
