Your missions You ensure mental health care for: children adolescents adults elderly people You will notably be required to: carry out mental health nursing assessments elaborate individualized care projects ensure therapeutic follow-ups at home support family caregivers when necessary collaborate with psychiatrists, general practitioners, psychologists, schools, EMS, hospitals and the entire network participate in interdisciplinary meetings contribute actively to the development of our mental health sector The profile we are looking for We are looking for a personality above all. A person who is autonomous, benevolent, committed, capable of creating a quality therapeutic relationship and wanting to build a professional project over several years. You possess: a nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland; experience in mental health (minimum two years desired); ease in the care of patients of all ages; an excellent capacity for organization and autonomy; a driving license. Experience in child psychiatry, adult psychiatry, psychogeriatrics, addictology or community psychiatry constitutes a real asset. Sector of activity In order to progressively develop your patient base, interventions will be distributed between: the Lausanne region; the Riviera vaudoise. This mobility is indispensable during the integration phase. Depending on the development of our activity, an organization mainly centered on Lausanne or the Riviera (at choice) may be considered subsequently. What we offer A stable and benevolent team.
