Your tasks In this central role, you will be responsible as an interface between customers and internal departments for clean, correct, and timely processes. Independent and error-free order processing from A to Z Competent telephone and written customer service (DE/FR) Creation and tracking of offers Coordination with purchasing, warehouse, and field service Support in optimizing processes and internal processes Maintenance of product data in the ERP/shopping system Your profile You keep an overview even in demanding situations and place great value on clean, reliable work – our customers rely on it.
