Technical Inside Sales Projects (m/w)

On the exclusive behalf of our client, a leading company in the machine industry, based in the Winterthur area, we are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Projects (m/w) # In this versatile function, you advise customers (national/international) on your company's renowned products. You are responsible for order processing from A to Z (quotations, invoices, coordination of deliveries, etc.) and process various projects with customers, taking on versatile tasks in inside sales. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for technical and commercial questions in standard and project business. Furthermore, you participate in improvement processes for customer service and are actively involved in various internal projects. The close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, etc.) makes your task even more exciting and varied. Our client offers you a varied task in a sympathetic, collegial team with a lot of independence, attractive employment conditions, and interesting internal development opportunities. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed technical education (e.g. polymechanic, etc. in the field of grinding tools) as well as commercial further education (e.g. technical businessman, technician HF). You have already gained some years of experience in a similar role (e.g. technical businessman, technical inside sales/customer advisor, etc.) including order processing, preferably in the environment of the machine industry. You have the organizational talent to process several orders in parallel at the same time. You communicate confidently in German and English (word and writing), further language skills (French, etc.) are an advantage. In addition, you have good MS-Office skills and experience in handling ERP systems (SAP, Pro Alpha, Navision).
