To strengthen our dementia team, we are looking for you as a Healthcare Professional Dementia Area (80-100%) What awaits you: Day service from Monday to Friday incl. public holidays Support of our clients as well as their relatives in dealing with dementia diseases Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients with dementia diseases in their usual living environment Key person care in an individually adapted setting Support of the Dipl.
