This is your job ### • Independent commercial order processing from the customer inquiry through order entry to export processing, taking into account country-specific requirements • Functional and operational responsibility for the assigned markets and countries as well as ensuring efficient and timely order processing • Proactive accounts receivable management as well as monitoring contract fulfillment; planning and coordination of national and international transports via all modes of transport • Secure handling of all payment security instruments, in particular letters of credit (L/C), Cash Against Documents (CAD) as well as other international payment and security procedures • Active support of the international sales team as well as close cooperation with the technical customer service and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction What you bring with you ### • Completed commercial training; further training in export, for example as a federal diploma holder in foreign trade, is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in export as well as in the support and cooperation with international customers • Sound knowledge in the area of preferential origin as well as in crosstrade; experience with EU customs clearances is an advantage • Very good user knowledge in MS Office • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage • Strong analytical thinking skills with high process affinity as well as strong communication skills • Independent, structured and responsible way of working Our promise ### • A traditional and international working environment • A versatile activity in a future-oriented environment with a lot of individual responsibility • Good development opportunities and fair employment conditions • A motivated team with mutual respect and good cooperation
