At Museum Lucerne, you design inspiring encounters between the audience and the exhibition as part of the acting ensemble. With creativity, playfulness, and pedagogical flair, you make history, culture, and knowledge tangible. Your tasks • As a member of the acting ensemble and the Education & Mediation team, you bring exhibition content to life in a performative format and make it accessible to the stage. • You design and perform theater tours that are an integral part of the exhibition concept for school classes, children's groups, and adults. • With creative ideas, you develop new performative educational formats together with the team and implement them. • You perform with pleasure at different and unusual venues - both within the museum and in public spaces or outdoors. • If possible, you also conduct selected tours and educational programs in English. Your profile • You have completed actor training; additional qualifications in the field of theater pedagogy are an advantage. • With your pronounced social and communication skills, empathy, and openness, you create an appreciative approach to different target groups. • You work gladly in an interdisciplinary manner and are willing to work closely with various teams within the museum. • Temporal and spatial flexibility within the Canton of Lucerne, as well as the willingness to work in the annual working hours model (20%, long-term planning) characterize you. • You are curious about museum operations and have German as your language of performance; Swiss German and English are desirable additional qualifications.
