Portfolio Manager in Maintenance Facilities

What you can achieve. • As a Portfolio Manager in Maintenance Facilities, you are in the lead to secure areas in site evaluations for the future expansion of our portfolio of rolling stock maintenance facilities.    • You develop site and property strategies and support the development of the overarching strategy for our portfolio of maintenance facilities. • In your area of responsibility, you maintain contact with cities and municipalities as well as other stakeholders within and outside of SBB, conduct negotiations, and are always available as a contact person for SBB regarding questions about our facility portfolio. • You actively shape the continuous development process of portfolio management and the collaboration within the team. In doing so, you proceed in a structured and analytical manner, recognize relevant information quickly, prioritize appropriately, and make decisions based on reliable analyses. • For this role, we require a degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in the field of architecture or spatial/transport planning, ideally with further training in real estate management or training in a similar direction. Good knowledge of project and portfolio management and ideally of the railway system round off your profile. • With a confident and empathetic appearance as well as strong communication skills, you find common solutions both internally and externally. Your communication is appropriate to the target group and you negotiate in a goal-oriented manner with different partners. You are proficient in negotiating in German at level C1 and ideally bring French at level B2.
