You deal with the following focal points predominantly in German: You feel at home in employment law and are well-versed in insolvency law You create and review contracts in the various areas of law, especially in the areas of employment law and restructuring law You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court negotiations You make legal clarifications and work on expert opinions You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations Qualifications : You possess a Swiss-recognized foreign lawyer patent or one patent You have already gained experience in the mentioned areas of law You have obtained a Master in Law with a good degree You have a flair for entrepreneurship and interest in commercial and especially employment law issues You bring a lot of independence, initiative and teamwork skills You seek and appreciate collaboration with lawyers in a commercial law firm Benefits : Young, well-coordinated team with flat hierarchies and an appreciative working atmosphere Leisure time: Enjoy fixed squash and paddle courts.
