Branch Manager (100%) – Bern Work location: Bern For our client, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as a Branch Manager for the opening of a new branch in Bern, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks - Management and organization of branch operations - Active advice to customers and sale of the assortment - Responsibility for cash desk activities - Support in binding individual flower bouquets (after appropriate training) - Ensuring an attractive product presentation - Inventory management and replenishment of the assortment - Leadership and support of the sales team Your profile - Completed training in retail or several years of professional experience in sales - Initial leadership experience is an advantage - Very good German skills (at least B2) - Enjoyment of customer contact as well as sales - Interest in flowers, plants, and floristry crafts - Physically resilient as well as flexible regarding working hours (early, late, weekend, and holiday shifts) - Willingness to undergo training in the Basel branch before starting in Bern What awaits you: - Exciting task in building up a new branch - Comprehensive training in Basel - Varied working environment - Planned assignment in the pop-up store from September to the end of the year with the possibility of continued employment in other branches Have we aroused your interest?
