Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for the design of end-to-end technical and functional solutions for our clients. You play a key role in consulting, pre-sales, and operations processes, by designing modern architectures while becoming the named architect for certain major accounts. In collaboration with sales teams, technical specialists, and Delivery organizations, you actively contribute to the success of strategic outsourcing, digital transformation, and contract renewal projects. • You analyze the functional, technical, operational, and business needs of our clients in order to design suitable global solutions. • You take the lead on the definition and evolution of solution architecture within the framework of tenders and major account management. • You coordinate the various experts (specialized Solution Architects, Business Divisions, Product Management, Delivery and Operations) in order to build the best end-to-end solution. • You guarantee the technical, functional, and economic consistency of the proposed solutions and ensure their validation throughout the pre-sales process. • You establish the bases allowing for the evaluation of production costs and ensure the competitiveness of the proposed solutions. • You support sales teams during negotiation phases and remain the preferred technical interlocutor until the transfer to the Delivery teams. • You formalize the architecture and the high-level technical and operational principles of the proposed solutions, and participate in their presentation and defense to clients. • You contribute to the strategic development of our offers by integrating technological evolutions, market standards, and best practices. Your skills • Proven experience of at least 6 years in a Solution Architect role or as an architect of complex IT solutions. • Excellent mastery of IT architectures, business processes, and infrastructure and managed services environments. • Experience in the design of outsourcing, IT transformation, or large-scale projects. • Strong capacity for analysis, conceptualization, and resolution of complex problems. • Good understanding of economic issues, value creation processes, and client organizations. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical, business, and decision-making interlocutors. • Perfect mastery of French and English (German is a plus).
