Administrative Clerk 70 –80% What to expect: general administration and secretarial tasks support for the management administration of contract & offer management as well as maintenance of project documentation construction administrative support management of social media and website organization of events, orders, reception, and general inquiries What you bring: Completed commercial training or comparable experience Very good German as well as good English skills in speaking and writing Good MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience in the construction industry is an advantage Structured, reliable, and independent way of working Enjoyment in organizing, thinking ahead, and supporting Friendly, professional appearance and team spirit We offer you versatile tasks with insight into exciting construction projects as well as the opportunity to collaborate in a small, collegial team with short decision-making paths.
