We realize them according to the highest quality standards.​ Your tasks: <br /> • Coordination and execution of construction and renovation projects in collaboration with our internal specialists and external partners • Participation in calls for tenders • Selection, monitoring and coordination of contractor teams • Management of SIA project management phases (studies, authorization requests, calls for tenders, planning and execution monitoring, project closure) • Application of our different clients' processes • Communication and creation of project documentation for our different clients • Project reporting to the Client (costs, deadlines, quality, risks..) • Representation of the client • Autonomous project management <br /> Your profile: <br /> • Higher education as an engineer or architect (University/HES or equivalent) • 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position • Knowledge of SIA standards • Proven experience in project management in separate trades • Perfect mastery of French • Very good knowledge of English (level B2 minimum) • Knowledge of German is an asset • Mastery of usual office software (Microsoft Office Suite) • Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli) • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills • Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and with good stress resistance • Very good communicator with a good sense of analysis and listening to needs <br /> Ready to join us?
