For the young Winterthur branch, we are looking for an experienced personality in the field of auditing who wants to not only lead mandates but also help shape them. Your challenge Mandate leadership and auditing responsibility Independent management of audit mandates Focus on versatile mandates in the SME environment, in industry, and in the public sector Planning, execution, and follow-up of audit mandates Ensuring clean audit documentation as well as high quality standards Responsibility for quality, efficiency, and sustainable customer relationships Leadership and development of junior talents Technical and personnel leadership of auditors Accompanying employees on mandates as well as on-the-job training Coaching, sparring, and further development of the subordinate auditors Building a strong audit team at the Winterthur location Role model function through high professional competence, customer proximity, and a pragmatic way of working Customer care and location development Recognizing customer needs and introducing appropriate BDO services Close cooperation with the location management Participation in the further expansion of the branch Participation in offer processes and acquisition of mandates Your qualities and talents Degree as a certified auditor or signing authority through many years of experience At least 5 years of experience in auditing, including training period Experience in the independent management of limited and ordinary audits Broad mandate experience, ideally with SMEs, industrial companies and/or public administrations Enjoyment of customer contact, mandate responsibility, and sustainable mandate management High quality standards as well as a structured, reliable, and pragmatic way of working Coaching-oriented personality with enjoyment in the development of junior employees Entrepreneurial thinking, desire to shape, and desire to be part of a branch under construction Very good German skills including understanding of Swiss German as well as fluent English skills Does a role appeal to you in which you lead mandates, develop junior talents, and at the same time actively help shape the establishment of a location?
