The Stiftung Villa Erica supports around 100 young people and adults with behavioral difficulties and/or mental disabilities in their social, educational, and professional development, enabling them to lead independent, self-responsible lives. Our services include the three areas of school, vocational training & work, and housing. Be part of it, as people shape their lives independently! Do you want to support people in shaping their lives as independently as possible? In this function, you will accompany adults with mental disabilities in their daily lives, provide support in challenging situations, and jointly develop steps with them. You will work in a process-oriented manner, take responsibility in the educational daily routine, and bring your expertise and personality into a committed team. Your tasks • Accompaniment and support of clients in their single apartments and in everyday life • Educational and process-oriented work with a focus on independence and self-responsibility • Case management of around 4-6 clients • Organization and ensuring of household processes in the residential area • Planning and accompaniment of group educational activities and leisure activities • Documentation of observations and keeping of progress and daily journals • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as relatives, authorities, and specialist agencies • Active participation in team meetings, interdisciplinary processes, and the further development of the services • Participation in the 365-day on-call service, which is organized on demand and can usually be guaranteed from home What you bring • Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or as a certified nursing specialist with a focus on psychiatry • You are a professionally grounded, responsible person with a passion for working with people in challenging life situations. • Experience in working with adults, ideally in the field of mental disabilities • Understanding of mental illness patterns and professional handling • Process-oriented, reflective, and independent working method • Familiarity with digital work tools, ideally Microsoft 365 and Abacus • High social competence, empathy, and communicative strength • Ability to work independently and in a team • Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work irregular hours (including on-call duty) • Identification with our mission statement and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration What to expect • A meaningful activity with immediate impact in people's daily lives • A professional, committed team and appreciative collaboration • Opportunities for professional development and internal training • Scope for design in the educational daily routine and in the further development of the services • Possibility to use the foundation's own gastronomy business • At least 6 weeks of vacation • Central workplace in Nebikon (public transport directly in front of the house) Are you interested?
