We offer spaces of freedom, we trust each other and we treat each other with respect. ### Your tasks • You autonomously plan, organize and carry out training for apprentice grid electricians and guarantee a high quality of training. • In intercompany courses, you assume the role of trainer and instructor and transmit content in a practical manner. • You coordinate refresher courses and continuing education for adults and apprentices, from planning to implementation, and continuously develop the offering. • During courses on switching operations and live work, you provide your targeted expertise, support the implementation and ensure safe proceedings. • You continuously develop, maintain and optimize course and training documents. • You actively participate in specialist committees, bring your practical experience and provide impulses for the development of training. • You perform administrative tasks in the field of training in a structured and efficient manner, thus ensuring smooth proceedings. • Occupational safety is your deep conviction, both in training and in participating in incident analysis and the implementation of measures. Your profile • Your educational background includes completed training as a grid electrician as well as continuing education as a master grid electrician or HF technician. • Preferably, you possess the SVEB trainer certificate and use it effectively in practice. Training in adult pedagogy and occupational safety is an additional asset. • * Several years of professional experience in the sector of an energy supply company helps you to transmit content in a practical and target-group-oriented manner. • You feel comfortable in the training of apprentices and/or adults and are happy to take on technical leadership. • Thanks to your didactic skill, you design varied, understandable and precise courses. • A confident presence, strong communication and moderation skills characterize you - even in demanding situations. • You work in a structured, autonomous manner and with a high level of requirement in terms of quality, safety and responsibility; good knowledge of German as well as category B driving license complete your profile.
