Assistant Cook M/F

We are looking for a motivated kitchen employee for our restaurant to learn/perfect Japanese cuisine. A training as a kitchen employee / commis de cuisine AFP or equivalent experience of at least 6 months in restaurant cuisine - preferably Asian - is indispensable. Failing this, in-depth knowledge of Japan is required (e.g., stay of at least 6 months, or experience in a Japanese company, or real linguistic knowledge). A minimum level B1 is required in the French language.
