Maintenance Specialist (80-100%) The ADEV Group is a cooperative company and offers services in the field of renewable energies. You will be part of our experienced operations team at the company headquarters in Liestal. Your tasks: As a maintenance specialist, you ensure the reliable operation of our energy plants and our control center. You manage the strategic and operational planning of all maintenance, inspection, and repair work on our production plants to ensure maximum availability and operational readiness. In addition to efficient resource and deployment planning, you optimize existing infrastructures and processes through systematic error analyses and creative, pragmatic solution approaches. In doing so, you always keep the economic goals in mind. Also the implementation of renovation measures, spare parts procurement, and condition monitoring are part of your area of responsibility. Additionally, you document the planned and implemented maintenance measures in suitable reports. You support the Head of Operations in further administrative and commercial matters such as energy procurement or correspondence with customers, suppliers, and authorities. Your profile: For this function, you have ideally completed a technical training with reference to the energy sector and subsequently further trained as a maintenance specialist. You are characterized by a strong technical understanding, an independent and careful way of working, as well as reliability even in malfunction situations. Furthermore, you are strong in communication and enjoy working just as much independently as in a team. You have good German skills as well as basic knowledge of English, master the common Office programs, and possess a category B driver's license.
