You manage the reception, preparation and follow-up of orders as well as invoicing to customers. You are in regular telephone contact with our business and private customers. In addition, you monitor our debtors according to the procedures in force. Finally, you inform SAP within the framework of your areas of responsibility. Your profile With a CFC commercial employee or equivalent training, you ideally have a first successful experience in a customer administrative service. You are a native German/Swiss German or French speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of Italian would be an asset. You have the ability to work independently and in a team. You have a strong sense of communication, rigor and precision.
