Social Pedagogue 60% - 80% The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs. To strengthen our WG Burg team, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a/an Social Pedagogue 60% - 80% In a four-person team, you will accompany people in their individual life situations and needs with much empathy and professional competence in a shared apartment (WG) in the middle of the city of Liestal. The team coaches and accompanies a residential group of seven adults with support needs in everyday life and in the realization of their goals. In doing so, the ESB actively engages with the implementation of the UN-BRK and focuses on participation and co-design.
