Die Stadtküche is a low-threshold meeting and stay location for people in challenging life situations with an addiction disease. In a protected, respectful, and consumption-free atmosphere, we offer space for encounter, stability, and support. The offer includes warm meals, wound care, shower/washing facilities, and a clothing exchange. The offer is supplemented by low-threshold counseling and support in matters of everyday and life organization. Die Kontakt- und Anlaufstelle accompanies people with a chronic substance-related addiction disease in a low-threshold and appreciative environment. Our goal is to minimize the health, psychological, and social consequences of the addiction disease and to sustainably promote the quality of life of those affected. In addition to the distribution of sterile consumption material and condoms, we offer protected consumption possibilities in an injection room and an inhalation room. There, brought substances can be consumed under professional supervision and in a safe atmosphere. With our offer, we make an important contribution to harm reduction, health promotion, and social stabilization of our clients. For die Stadtküche as well as die Kontakt- und Anlaufstelle, we are looking for one to two committed Healthcare Specialists FaGe EFZ, Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH, Specialist in Psychiatric Nursing and Care Your tasks: • Low-threshold counseling in coping with everyday life / psychosocial care • You work according to the principles and goals of the professional code of ethics for social work • Participation in the design of the offers at the day stay • Supervision of the consumption rooms • Basic medical care • Assistance with the preparation of meals • Keeping journals and documentation (e-Case) Your profile: • Degree FaGe EFZ, Dipl.
