Employee Administration & Customer Support Workload by agreement Your tasks You are an important hub between our customers, administration, and production. Among other things, you will take care of: Customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail Administrative support of our customers and orders Creation and processing of offers, order confirmations, and other documents Coordination and communication regarding ongoing customer orders General administrative and organizational tasks Support of our team in varied day-to-day business Communication with customers and partners domestically and abroad Don't worry: You don't need to be able to operate a laser. ???? What you bring with you You are an open, reliable, and independent personality and maintain an overview even when several things are running at the same time. You have a very good command of German in speaking and writing. Good English skills are important for communication with our international customers and partners. If you additionally speak French: even better – however, this is not a must. You enjoy working on the computer, communicate friendly and professionally, and enjoy direct contact with people. A commercial apprenticeship or experience in administration is an advantage. However, initiative, reliability, and the will to take on responsibility are much more important to us.
