To complete our current team at our headquarters in Fribourg, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement: A client manager at 80% Your tasks and responsibilities: Ensure the administrative management of family files in our IT systems Ensure the issuance of invoices and the follow-up of debtors Accompany parents in administrative procedures related to their contract and help them in case of questions or problems Maintain regular contact with parents and social organizations (municipalities, ...) Write all correspondence intended for parents, as well as certain official letters and process incoming correspondence Support other team members in various administrative tasks Participation in various internal projects Your profile: CFC in commercial employment First successful experience in an administrative position, if possible in connection with clients Good knowledge of standard office tools (MS Office) French native speaker with good writing skills and good knowledge of German Proactive, autonomous, organized, having a sense of priorities and endowed with a good team spirit Our offer: We offer you a varied job within a dynamic and motivated team and in a growing company.
