As a Shift Coordinator, you find yourself at the intersection of guests, your colleagues, and the management team. Your responsibilities include: • the organization and successful execution of schedule planning • maintaining a favorable environment for our guests and our employees, particularly regarding safety • compliance with high standards regarding quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene in the restaurant, on a daily basis, as well as supporting the kitchen teams in intense situations, behind the counter, or in the restaurant.
