Project Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities:  • You will carry out technical, functional, regulatory, and energetic diagnostics of existing buildings. • You will define transformation strategies by integrating technical, environmental, and economic issues. • You will manage feasibility studies and coordinate various internal and external partners. • You will lead the multidisciplinary teams involved in the projects and ensure the monitoring of the various study phases. • You will prepare specifications, consultation files, and documents necessary for calls for tenders and the selection of service providers. Your profile:  • You hold a degree in HES Engineering, ES Technician, or an equivalent degree in building or construction technology. • Experience or training in civil engineering is an asset. • You have at least 10 years of experience in managing renovation, transformation, or building pre-study projects. • You are recognized for your analytical capacity, your global vision, and your ability to propose suitable strategic solutions. • You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent skills in the coordination of complex projects.
