Living and working in two houses in the Emmental, we work with 13 - 16 adolescents and young adults with biographies shaped by flight and new beginnings. They live in Switzerland without parents, and we understand our KJA-recognized home as a place where the young people are allowed to be at home and a familial togetherness shapes living together. The human being, the joy in work, and the demand for constant development on all levels are at the center of our actions. We work with passion and professionalism. We accept the responsibility for the young people who are with us and carry it together. We are a small team and are looking for you: Your task: ### • You shape the everyday life of adolescents with creativity and commitment. • You are the contact person for our residents. • You maintain the network of the residents (legal guardians, social workers, job coaches, psychologists, teachers, etc.) • You contribute your own ideas and actively work on the development of our two houses in Rüegsau and Langnau.
